I have over 28 years of experience innovating business models, developing digital products and services, designing omnichannel customer experiences, and driving enterprise-wide operational effectiveness in verticals including healthcare, retail, financial services, insurance, automotive, and aerospace & defense. I am passionate about developing business process innovations that drive customer and employee experience while delivering shareholder results.

When not focusing on customer experience initiatives I recharge by biking, hiking, kayaking, showshoeing, or listening to podcasts while prepping a new recipe. I’m incredibly fortunate to work with a great team of exceptional Chiefs at Infinite Green and am consistently energized by the opportunity to help our clients innovate as they define and navigate their next great transformation.
