I’ve pioneered and scaled offshore BPO models, launched AI-powered tools for coding and collections, and helped organizations navigate critical transitions with confidence and clarity.

I’ve led transformation efforts in both venture-backed startups and PE-owned platforms, translating emerging technologies into operational gains. At Andrew Ng’s AI Fund, I designed revenue cycle ventures using NLP and machine learning to solve front-line operational problems. In private equity settings, I’ve delivered double-digit EBITDA growth and unlocked millions in new revenue through smarter patient engagement and process redesign.

I bring people, process, and technology together to solve real problems—closing performance gaps and building the foundation for what’s next. I focus on what moves the needle and make sure the gains stick.

Outside of work, I read, cook, hike the PNW with my dogs, and try to teach myself guitar.
