With over 20 years of leadership experience as a Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Relationship Management & Omni-Channel Customer Service Professional spanning multiple industries, I have come to appreciate the underserved customer journey – and the many challenges companies face in the pursuit of delivering world class experiences in an evolving social networked, connected world. I have lived on both sides of the large scale outsourced customer support equation including 12 years as a senior leader in retail in the contact center industry where over 90% of the support was outsourced globally under my care, and also as a BPO service provider with experience in the Healthcare, Retail, Technology and Publications verticals. I have an extensive background in global sourcing, negotiations/contracting, vendor, workforce, and financial management and the maturing hairline to prove it.
Away from work I am a father of five amazing kids, an active musician that just can’t get enough playing time whether that be a live show or in the recording studio, and a self-professed muscle car addict.
